Annual & Monthly Billing for Professional plans
Workspaces on the Professional plan can be on a monthly or annual billing interval. Opting for annual billing provides a 20% discount on the yearly price.

Switch from Starter Monthly to Professional Annually
- Navigate to the Settings page in the sidebar of your file dashboard
- On the Plans & Billing page of the Settings sidebar, scroll down to the Plans section
- On the Professional plan, set the billing period toggle to 'Annually' and click 'Upgrade'
- When upgrading from the Starter Monthly plan to the Professional Annually plan, you can choose to add seats as well
- Upon confirmation, an immediate invoice is generated for the upcoming year. The cost is based on the number of seats selected at the discounted annual rate of $40/month per seat.
Switch from Professional Monthly to Professional Annually
Admin can switch a workspace from Professional Monthly to Professional Annually at any time. This change takes effect immediately.
- Navigate to the Settings page in the sidebar of your file dashboard
- On the Plans & Billing page of the Settings sidebar, scroll down to the Plans section
- On the Professional plan, set the billing period toggle to 'Annually' and click 'Change to Annualy'
- You can choose to change the seats during this process if you wish
- Upon confirmation, an immediate invoice is generated for the upcoming year. The cost is based on the number of seats selected at the discounted annual rate of $40 per seat per month.
- The number of seats is updated immediately. You can either add more seats for editors or downgrade them to viewers if you have removed seats.
ℹ️ A prorated amount for the unused seats for the remainder of the current billing period is deducted from your invoice.
Switch from Professional Annually to Professional Monthly
Admin can switch a workspace from Professional Annually to Professional Monthly at any time, but the change will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Navigate to the Settings page in the sidebar of your file dashboard
- On the Plans & Billing page of the Settings sidebar, scroll down to the Plans section
- On the Professional plan, set the billing period toggle to 'Monthly' and click 'Change to Monthly'
- You can choose to change the seats during this process if you wish
- This change will take effect at the end of the current billing period. A schedule has been created to switch from yearly to monthly payments.
Cancel a switch from Professional Annually to Professional Monthly
When you switch your billing period from annually to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of the current period, giving you time to roll back your decision.
- Navigate to the Settings page in the sidebar of your file dashboard
- On the Plans & Billing page of the Settings sidebar, scroll down to the Plans section
- On the Professional plan, set the billing period toggle to 'Annually' and click 'Revert to annually'
- You can choose to change the seats during this process if you wish
- The cancellation takes immediate effect, maintaining the monthly billing cycle. No adjustments or additional charges are applied at this time.
There is no change in features; the organization continues to benefit from the annual billing discount.

Yes, you own everything you create in Vizcom. For free users, while Vizcom may use generated images to improve its services, it does not claim ownership of your designs, concepts, or original ideas—you keep full rights to them. For paid users, your images and designs remain entirely private and are only used to deliver the service. Every design, concept, and image you create or upload is fully yours and kept confidential.
Vizcom does not use your data to train AI models if you’re on a paid plan. Everything you create stays private and is only used to provide the service. Free users may have their generated images included to help improve Vizcom’s services, but even then, Vizcom does not claim ownership of your designs, concepts, or original ideas—you retain full rights.
