Announcing our $20M Series A fundraise
Vizcom has raised $20 million in Series A funding led by Index Ventures to expand its AI-powered design platform. The funding will accelerate product development from sketch to 3D printing while growing the team and enterprise offerings.

At Vizcom Our goal has always been to build a tool that leverages how designers already work, not replace them. We wanted to give designers a creative accelerant that would bring their ideas to life faster and more efficiently, while still keeping them firmly in the driver's seat.
We've raised $20 million in Series A funding, led by the visionary team at Index Ventures and joined by an exceptional group of angel investors: Kyle Parrish, Steve Malouf, Ayush Sood, and Daniel Sturman. This funding will allow us to supercharge our efforts to revolutionize how products and objects come to life with AI.

We'll be significantly expanding our product development efforts, adding even more capabilities to enhance every stage of the design process. From turning simple sketches into photorealistic renders to creating bespoke custom models to integrating with 3D modeling and printing - we're building an end-to-end platform that will take designers from initial concept to physical prototype faster than ever before.
We'll also be growing our team, bringing in more of the brightest minds in design and technology to help us achieve our mission. And we'll be scaling up our enterprise offerings, partnering with more innovative companies to transform the way they approach design.
We could not be more grateful for the support of our customers, our investors, and most of all, our incredible team. Your belief in our vision is what has brought us this far.

Industrial designer Jara Freund turned a familiar frustration—books constantly toppling over and shelves drowning in clutter—into the PlyForm Shelf, a modular system that pairs functional clarity with Bauhaus-inspired personality. This spotlight explores her process, from early sketches to rapid iteration in Vizcom, and how digital tools helped carry the idea from concept to physical reality.

When Rishav Kumar set out to create MAJE TD, his vision was clear: give transportation design students and professionals the tools, guidance, and intensity needed to create portfolio-defining work. The four-week workshop doesn't just teach design: it challenges participants to think critically about brief selection, how to integrate AI into their workflow, and craft presentations that resonate with industry leaders. Rishav, a Level II Interior Designer at KIA America with experience at Polestar and Canoo, started his career in automotive design through competitions and intensive workshops hosted by industry leaders. Now, as the founder of MAJE TD, he’s bringing his journey full circle by creating those same opportunities for students.
