2. Ownership Stays With You

3. How Your Data Is (and Isn’t) Used
Free Plan
To keep the free tier sustainable, you grant Vizcom a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
- Run the core service.
- Improve our AI models and features using anonymized data.
- Store back-ups so your projects don’t disappear.
There is no public redistribution of your work, ever.
Delete the file → the license ends.
Paid Plans (Pro, Enterprise, Education)
You grant Vizcom a limited license to:
- Render, store and serve your files.
- Perform routine back-ups.
What we do NOT do:
- Train on your data.
- Analyze, label or mine it for product development.
- Share it with third parties.
If you want to let us use a project for joint marketing or research, we’ll ask and get it in writing first.
4. Security at Every Step
- Encryption in transit & at rest — industry-standard TLS and AES-256.
- Strict access controls — only you (and teammates you invite) see your files.
- No third-party data sales — ever.
5. Switching Plans? Your Old Rights Stick
- Designs created while you were a Paid user keep the Paid license, even if you later drop to Free.
- New uploads after downgrading follow the Free-plan rules.

Team billing is handled centrally by the Admin. All paid seats, whether Admins or Editors, are included in a single invoice under the same billing cycle, while Viewers remain free and do not affect the cost.
Yes, you can. An Admin can update the plan in the billing settings, and the switch will take effect on the next billing cycle at the annual rate.
Yes, you own everything you create in Vizcom. For free users, while Vizcom may use generated images to improve its services, it does not claim ownership of your designs, concepts, or original ideas—you keep full rights to them. For paid users, your images and designs remain entirely private and are only used to deliver the service. Every design, concept, and image you create or upload is fully yours and kept confidential.
