Vizcom Raises $27M Series B to Build the Future of Industrial Design

What if you could hold your design?

What if the gap between idea and visualization was measured in seconds, not hours? What if the only thing blocking you from your best work was your own imagination?

That question became Vizcom. Today, it's becoming reality for over 700,000 designers. And today, I'm excited to announce that we've raised $27 million in Series B funding, led by Radical Ventures, with continued support from Index Ventures, Unusual Ventures, Basis Set, and a collection of angel investors.

Where This Started

Vizcom started as a personal obsession, not a company plan. As someone doing design work every day, I felt how slow and painful it was to turn an idea into something real. What I didn’t expect was that thousands of other designers felt the same way.

That ratio felt backwards. The tools were getting in the way of the thinking.

So I started experimenting. What started as a personal project became a Reddit post that went viral. People weren't just interested they were desperate for this. Designers everywhere felt the same frustration.

That's when I knew this wasn't just my problem. It was our problem. And we had to solve it.

“Jordan has always lived at the intersection of creativity and technology. His time at NVIDIA showed him how powerful AI could be—but also how important it was to keep human imagination at the center. Vizcom embodies that belief, turning what could have been a threat to designers into an opportunity to amplify their impact. The company is redefining a growing market where design speed, quality, and creativity all converge.”

Nina Achadjian, Index Ventures

What We’ve Built

Vizcom has never been about replacing designers. It has always been about reimagining how creativity happens. We have built a product that meets designers where they already work.

At its core, we have pioneered a new way to think about the creative workflow itself. Vizcom aligns and orchestrates SOTA models into a single, cohesive experience that feels intuitive and human. The complexity fades into the background, and what remains is pure creation.

We have also built trust. Some of the world’s most influential companies now use Vizcom to shape the products that define our physical world. It was earned through craft, care, and proof that design speed and quality can live together.

Most importantly, we have built a community. Designers across disciplines have rallied around a shared belief that creativity should move at the speed of imagination. You can copy features, but you cannot copy community. What has grown around Vizcom is living proof of that.

That is what we have built: not just a tool, but a foundation for how design will happen in the future.

“Artificial intelligence is fundamentally reshaping how physical products are designed and brought to market. Vizcom’s groundbreaking platform empowers design teams to translate their creative vision into tangible reality with unprecedented speed and efficiency. We are thrilled to partner with Jordan, Kaelan and and the entire Vizcom team as they unlock the next generation of industrial design for every enterprise building products for the physical world.”

What's Next

This next chapter is about depth. We’re expanding Vizcom beyond visualization and into the broader creative workflow, from the first sketch to the moment something becomes real. Our focus is on the core domains where design has the greatest physical impact like automotive, footwear, apparel, and consumer goods.

The goal is to make Vizcom feel like it was built for your exact world, your process, your pace, and your craft. Whether you’re shaping a concept car or a pair of sneakers, it should feel like it already understands how you think.

Creative tools are evolving in the same way autonomous vehicles did. You set the destination, and the system helps you get there. You still steer the vision, but now you have the space to enjoy the ride. We see designers as creative orchestrators, guiding the symphony rather than playing every instrument.

That is where we’re headed: empowering you to design more, build faster, and think bigger.

The Bigger Picture

The big picture has always been the same: shorten the distance between an idea and something you can hold in your hands.

Designers do not just create images on screens. They design the physical world, the objects, vehicles, and experiences that shape culture. We want Vizcom to make that process faster, more intuitive, and more human.

Five years from now, designers will spend less time making things look real and more time inventing what comes next. The tools will handle the friction so creativity can flow.

AI will not replace designers. It will amplify them. It will give small teams the same power as massive studios, and it will help those massive studios move with the speed and agility of small teams. It will make the messy middle of design, that iterative and exploratory space, faster, more fluid, and more fun.

Because in the end, every icon still starts as a line. Our job is to make that line go further.

Inside MAJE TD: Three Finalist Transportation Design Projects

When Rishav Kumar set out to create MAJE TD, his vision was clear: give transportation design students and professionals the tools, guidance, and intensity needed to create portfolio-defining work. The four-week workshop doesn't just teach design: it challenges participants to think critically about brief selection, how to integrate AI into their workflow, and craft presentations that resonate with industry leaders. Rishav, a Level II Interior Designer at KIA America with experience at Polestar and Canoo, started his career in automotive design through competitions and intensive workshops hosted by industry leaders. Now, as the founder of MAJE TD, he’s bringing his journey full circle by creating those same opportunities for students.
